Principal

For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build and protect their families. Family formation is deeply personal, and everyone deserves knowledgeable, compassionate legal guidance as they navigate their path to parenthood. I feel especially honored to support LGBTQ+ individuals and create legal security for the families they build.

Jennifer Tharrington has more than 20 years of experience in assisted reproduction and family formation law. She received her JD from UNC. Jennifer is a former Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Family Law Section, a frequent lecturer at law and medical schools nationwide, and one of only a few North Carolina Assisted Reproductive Technology Law Fellows of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAAA).
